Self-managed super funds (SMSFs) allow you to control your own super investments. If you set up a SMSF you're responsible for managing it in accordance with the law and reporting to the ATO.
One of the requirements of SMSFs is an annual audit. You'll need to appoint an approved, independent auditor to audit your fund each year, at least 30 days before the auditor must give a report to the trustee of the SMSF.
